We’ve been waiting to release something special to you all. Two very special barrels were selected and blended to give you a royal experience. A Pappy 15 year barrel received housed a 28 hour boil, 5x mash imperial stout for 32 months, while a Maple Cognac barrel housed an 24 hour boil, 5x mash imperial stout. Together, these two were chosen and received the most amount of toasted coconut we’ve put into a beer to date, along with vanilla to give a mounds bar, dipped in the finest bourbon, layered delicately with maple coated dark fruit. One of our favorite stouts of all time and we can’t wait to share it with you.
